Make money with Ad Break in Facebook page

What are ad breaks?

Ad breaks help eligible video creators earn money by including short ads before or during qualifying videos. Creators will get a share of the revenue from the video ads shown to viewers. Viewers must view the entire ad to continue watching a video. Because different advertisers target different types of people, each viewer may see a different ad during the same ad break.
There are three types of ad breaks today:
  • Pre-roll ads: Ads that play before your video starts. These are shown to people who actively seek out the content either by search, on a Page timeline, or on the Watchlist in Watch. The more viewers that seek out the content, the more payouts the creator will receive from pre-roll.
  • Mid-roll ads: Ads that play during your video. These work the best within a video that has natural break points. Today, the vast majority of videos are still discovered in News Feed. To take advantage of all monetization opportunities, we recommend that creators program their content for mid-roll.
  • Image ads: This type of ad is a static image that shows up below the content and doesn't impact the viewing experience.

How do I get ad breaks?

Check to see if one or more of your Pages are eligible for ad breaks at fb.me/joinadbreaks. Your Page will be eligible for ad breaks if you've been creating 3-minute videos that have generated more than 30,000 1-minute views in total over the past two months, have 10,000 or more Facebook followers, meet our Monetization Eligibility Standards , and are located in a country where ad breaks are available. Check your eligibility now.
Ad breaks are available in the 26 countries and 6 languages listed at the beginning of this article. In the coming months availability will further expand to more countries and languages.

What videos work best with ad breaks?

Ad breaks help you get rewarded for doing what you love. Aim to create loyal and habitual behavior from your fans and adjust your videos to work well for ad breaks. To optimize your videos for ad breaks, make sure to create content that captivates your viewers and makes them want to come back to watch more. Ensure your videos are 3 minutes or longer and contain natural breaks or a cliffhanger at the 1 minute and 5-6 minute mark.
  • Do: Leverage your eligibility insights in Creator Studio Monetization settings to monitor your content quality and standards. Ensure your status remains as 'eligible' and doesn't drift into 'at risk' or 'non-eligible' states.
  • Don't: Engage in behaviors that involve inauthentic sharing. For example, don't work with companies that promise to share your videos in ways that are not authentic.

How do I insert ad breaks?

Inserting an ad break into your videos is a quick and easy way to earn money with your videos. You can either select the placements yourself, or turn on the auto-insertion feature, where Facebook automatically selects the best placement for the ads in your videos.
A well-placed ad break can have a positive impact on your payouts. There are two ways to place them into a new or existing video:
  • Automatic placement: We recommend automatic placement to maximize your earnings. This feature automatically detects the ideal place for an ad break within an eligible video. Facebook's system tries to determine the best placements for ads in your videos based on where each individual viewer is watching. This works best when your content is editorially set up to accommodate an ad break.
  • Choose placement: This method lets you decide exactly where you'd like to add in an ad break. Try inserting an ad break right after a cliffhanger to keep the audience on the edge of their seat to keep watching. If you choose multiple placements, viewers will see ads in different places, depending on when they last watched an ad. Be intentional about how you do this, so it's a positive viewer experience.

Ad breaks country and language availability

Ad breaks is only available to Pages that publish videos in certain languages and countries at the moment. More countries and languages will be supported throughout the remainder of the year and in 2019.

Grow your fanbase
You can measure the health and success of something by whether it grows or not. This can be equally true for creators making videos for a specific audience.
You've planned, produced, edited and finally launched some amazing content. Then one question runs through your mind: Now what?
While your videos will ideally be speaking for you and generating the interest and traction you're hoping for, there are some effective and proactive ways to grow your audience. Let's explore a few.

While your videos will ideally be speaking for you and generating the interest and traction you're hoping for, there are some effective and proactive ways to grow your audience. Let's explore a few.

Go the extra mile: sharing content
Want ways to bring new fans to your Facebook content? Well, as cheesy as the saying is, sharing is caring. One way to introduce potential new fans is by sharing your videos on other social media platforms. Consider creating teaser clips, behind-the-scenes extras, bloopers or interviews to post on other platforms and drive people back to your Facebook Page.
Here are some other things you can try:
  • Share fun, exclusive content on your Facebook Page. This will drive your fans from other places specifically to your Page and can help fuel your following.
  • Consider collaborating with another creator, especially one whose audience may be interested in your videos, and share each other's videos to your own Pages. Alternatively, team up with someone totally different and reach new viewers!
  • Appear as a guest or have a guest in your video to create buzz between your audiences.
  • Share your new videos in the comments of older-yet-related, popular videos.

Google Adsense To Verify Your Web site

Google announced on the AdSense blog a new "quality effort" they are rolling out. Before you can earn money from ads you place on web sites, you need to first add them to your verified sites section in AdSense and Google has to verify them. Google said that "before you can showIf all is good and all the "checks are completed", your site will be marked as "Ready" and you can start showing ads. You can verify sites by going to your AdSense account, click sites under settings, click Add site and then enter the URL of your site.
Google said this will have a minimal impact on most AdSense publishers, ads on a new site, you now have to add the site to your AdSense account." Google will then take that site "through a verification process which checks that you own the domain or have the ability to modify its content." During this verification process, Google will also review the site for compliance with the AdSense Program policies.
they wrote: For the vast majority of AdSense users, the only change will be the new Sites tab. However, for some of you, we may ask for help to find the correct ad code when you add a new site. If we require your help, we’ll reach out through email and notify you when you sign in to AdSense. So don’t forget to make sure we have the correct email address for you and that your email preferences are up to date. Forum discussion at Twitter. To comment, click here

Make money with Ebooks

Make money with Ebooks

You see, what the big publishing houses do with big offices of editors, writers, administrative staff… and then big printing presses… then distribution centers to get their books out to bookstores around the country… all to hopefully get books in the hands of customers… you can do on the computer you have right now. If that’s not massive disruption, I don’t know what is.
With all the red tape, "play to pay" tactics, and the lack of marketing support from the big publishing houses (along with low royalties) many are finding that self-publishing is a much better option (and in most cases a more profitable option!).

There are some key differences between this self-publishing (which, by the way, doesn’t have the negative connotations it used to) and traditional publishing process. You won’t be dealing with printed books, for one. That eliminates the expense and hassle of actually creating books, storing them, and delivering them — and that may not even sell. It’s going to be all digital. These are ebooks, which can be read on devices like Amazon’s Kindle, on another tablet or smartphone, or even on a computer.
From humble beginnings, ebooks now sell in the millions each year, representing about 20 percent of the publishing market in the United States. Industry watchers say that by 2018, ebook revenues will reach over $8 billion per year. And there is plenty of room for a one-person ebook entrepreneur to get a piece of that market.
So let's take a look at how you can make money with ebooks; from the brainstorming, to the writing, and most importantly... the marketing and selling of your ebooks online.

What Are Ebooks?

Ebooks are, well, books. But in a format where they can be delivered or downloaded online. You can write them yourself, employ writers, use public domain content, and create your ebooks from many sources. And just about any subject can be covered — just as many, if not more, than what a traditional publisher might release because you can tailor your tomes to niche markets. Travel guides, how-to manuals, mystery, romance, science fiction, self-help, technology, religions… just about any subject is fair game as long as there is a market of ready buyers.
(One of the best ways to check for is to scan the bestseller lists on Amazon. And not just the overall list but also the ones for categories and subcategories.)
Also, you won’t have to rely on an editor or publisher telling you whether a book will be published. And you won’t have to rely on a bookstore to put your book on its shelves. You’re in complete control of the entire process.
In fact, you’re going to handle everything yourself, including marketing and selling. And that means you get to keep all the profits. They’re nothing to sneeze at.
Self-published authors have had big success in recent years. Take Hugh Howey, who sold a series of science fiction books through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing. At one point, he was selling 20,000 — 30,000 copies a month, which generated $150,000 in income monthly. Amanda Hocking, who writes “paranormal romance” and fantasy novels, has sold well more than a million books on Amazon, generating over $2 million in sales. That's proof that you can make money self-publishing on Amazon.
Perhaps most famously 50 Shades of Grey author E.L. James’s erotica series started life as a self-published work before being snapped up by a traditional publisher and turned into a movie.
Let me show you how to build the same type of business.

Starting an Ebook Business — Where You Sell

As an ebook publisher you have a few options available for selling your works.
You can set up your own website and sell your ebook directly online. You might make a PDF available to your readers for example. A simple shopping cart or PayPal linkand you’re all set. A reader visits your site, they order, and they get a download link and get your book. It’s pretty much all automated, and you simply keep an eye on things to make sure the site is running smoothly.
The benefit of this is you control the entire process, get all of the customer information (so you can promote additional products, services, or books), and you can charge higher prices.
One of the easiest ways to sell ebooks is to work through a third-party site like Amazon. You may have ordered products, even books, from Amazon in the past. But this is a whole different side to this massive ecommerce site.
The big benefit to working through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, even though they charge you a commission on your sales, is their reach. Around 89 million Americans are said to be active ebook readers. That’s your potential audience, all those people visiting this site and browsing for a new book. It could be your book they find when doing a search on a related keyword. In fact, 38 percent of daily sales of ebooks on Amazon go to self-published titles.
While you may not make as much money as you would selling direct on your own site, you'll have the opportunity to reach an audience who you wouldn't otherwise have access to.
The process to selling your ebook on Kindle is straightforward. You sign up, then upload your ebook. They take care of converting it to their proprietary format. Then you’re ready to sell and grow your business through Amazon.com.
Which of these options should you go with? I recommend doing both.
Put one (or two) of your books on Amazon and think of that as a traffic source... a way for new people to find you; and you get to make profits from the sales of the ebook. Use your Amazon ebooks to drive people back to your website and get them onto your email list.
Once you have them on your email list you can follow up with them and sell them additional ebooks from your own site, at a higher price point. Use the best of both worlds!

Write an in depth ebook about something you love and are good at. Sell it through Amazon, affiliate programs, facebook, instagram and other ad platforms!
If you are good at anything, it’s researching and writing. With the Amazon Kindle store, anyone can publish an eBook and make money.
And the Kindle app is now available on almost any device (laptops, iPads, smartphones and yes, Kindles) so your global market is huge!

List your book for £1.49 – £6.99 and you earn 70% of the sale. Considering Amazon is the ultimate selling machine (and remember people are looking to spend), that is a fantastic deal.
The key to success with eBooks is to create value, and write non-fiction. Simply bundling information you have researched and complied on a common problem (eg. ‘secrets’ to finding a job) and then presenting it in an easy to digest format (an eBook) justifies someone spending a few quid on it.
Another big tip is to have a great cover designed so it stands out, and once your book is live on the Kindle store it’s really important to get some reviews so it shows up higher in results. Encourage readers to leave an honest review at the end of your book.
The best thing about this lucrative idea is that once you’ve invested the time (say 20 hours), you’ll earn a passive income for years to come!!!

Make money online by Opening an online store

Make money online by online store

One of the best ways to make money online is to start your own online store.  Literally millions of people have done it, and even though that makes it sound like there is too much competition to make any money, there are still opportunities for making money in the online space that can provide extra income or even replace your full time income if you put forth the right amount of time and effort.

Starting an Online Store Has Its Advantages

The cool thing about an online store is that it’s not like a traditional brick and mortar store in that:
  • You don’t have to carry any physical inventory if you don’t want to
  • Startup costs are very low
  • You can work on it in your spare time

Less Risk When Opening an Online Store

Yet another cool thing about starting an online store is that it’s a business you can much more easily build over time with very little risk.  When you open a brick and mortar store, you can have tens, or even hundreds of thousands of dollars tied up in rental space, physical inventory, employees, and other expenses before you even make your first sale.
If business gets slow, or if you fail to build a clientele that comes back for more, you still have huge expenses that have to be paid, regardless of whether you have paying customers or not.
On the other hand, an online store is cheap to start, you can learn as you go along, and you can build a clientele over time without putting huge amounts of money at risk to do it.

How To Start an Online Store

So how do you start your own online store?  There are a lot of ways you can do it.  First, you’ll need to figure out where you want your store to be located.  You can start a store on popular sites such as:
  • Amazon
  • Ebay
  • Etsy
  • Or another online marketplace
However, the better option is to start your store through your own standalone website.

A Unique Online Presence

Of all the options available, a standalone site is usually best because it allows you to build a unique online presence that isn’t just another faceless Amazon or EBay store.  Using a platform such as the ones mentioned above can work, and you can make money there, but in the long run, you are one faceless store out of thousands, and you can’t really build an online identity as easily on those sites, which is important.

Building Your Brand

A standalone site allows you to build a brand identity so your site can be the “go to” site for whatever you’re selling.  That unique presence allows you to build relationships with your customers in a way that the large platforms can’t.  The result is that you build a customer base that:

Build an online store selling products of your choice.
You should have the business part of the online store already figured out—a company name, the products or services (or both) you want to market, and pricing for those items.

Then you will need
• A domain name (less than $10/year).
• A web host (about $72/year).
• A dedicated IP address (about $2/month) for your website and private SSL certificate ($50/year).
• A shopping cart script (free).
• A payment gateway (varies). you'll need an online payment processor so you can accept credit cards.

Everything You Need to Know

Create a Profitable Online Store is a comprehensive course that follows a proven step by step process that addresses every single detail of starting an online store, such as;
  • How to choose the right products
  • How to rank in search engines
  • What shopping cart solutions to use
  • How to launch your store’s website (it’s not as hard as you think!)
  • And a ton more…

Make money online with Social media management

Make money online with Social media management

Are you trying to find ways to make extra money online? Do you know your way around social media platforms from your own personal use? If you answered yes to both of these questions, you can use your skills to make money from social media.
You can make great money on social media if you have the know-how… and that’s what we’re going to talk about today! These are ten specific ways to make money on social media.

1. Promote Affiliate Products

This is one of my favorite ways to make money online period, not just on social media. As an affiliate for a particular business, you get a commission whenever people make a purchase through your specific link. You can make affiliate money without even having a website of your own!
Many companies allow you to promote their products on both your personal and business-related social media accounts. Make sure you read the fine print so you don’t accidentally violate any terms and conditions, though.
Once your affiliate account is set up, you can create posts sharing your favorite products. To maximize your earning potential, take a look at these pointers:
  • Only promote products you truly believe in
  • Share how you personally use them
  • Use personalized pictures instead of just grabbing the stock ones
  • Write a full review, including positives and negatives (these are seen as more honest)
  • Don’t spam your followers with affiliate post after affiliate post. Rotate through sharing other news along with the great deals you find.
  • Always disclose your relationship with the company. Hashtags like #afflink or #affiliate can help when characters are limited.

2. Share Your Referral Links

Affiliate products aren’t the only way to earn money from sharing opportunities with your following. You don’t need a blog or website to profit from referral programs. These are a bit like affiliate programs,
Many shopping sites like Groupon, Zulily, Swagbucks, and Ebates will give you cash or store credit for referring your family and friends to their service. This is a great opportunity to not only make money, but also save it! You can even build a “rainy day” savings account by referring friends to Capital One 360.
Remember to let people know you’re sharing your referral link, and to only share services you think are beneficial.

3. Freelance Social Media Manager

Social media is constantly changing for business owners. Between all the platforms, there seem to be new algorithm changes almost every week. For the average business owner, keeping up to date with the changes and best practices is far too time-consuming. Creating content that resonates with their audience is also a challenge.
This is why social media management is one of the most in-demand freelance specialties of the moment. It often falls under the heading of virtual assisting. It also pays well. Most freelancers charge $500 and up per month per client for daily status updates, responding to customer service concerns, removing spam, etc.
As a freelancer, you can decide what your business looks like. Want to focus on Pinterest? Brand yourself as a Pinterest Virtual Assistant and offer service packages helping clients create branded Pins and grow their following.
Prefer to spend your time on Instagram or Facebook? Set up your packages accordingly. You can even call yourself a comprehensive social media manager, and help clients create a social media strategy for all their active platforms.
To find clients, let your network know you’re starting a new side-hustle. Share what services you’re offering and ask them to share your name with anyone who might be interested.  You can also create a website with all of your services, so people can click through to learn more.

4. Independent Contractor or Employee Social Media Manager

Don’t want to deal with the hassle of finding your own clients or marketing your business? No worries. Freelancing isn’t the only way to manage social media accounts for clients. Many companies hire social media managers, evaluators, or moderators to work as independent contractors.
Here’s a handful of companies for you to check out. Remember they each have their own requirements and benefits, so read the job description carefully to see if it’d be a good fit.
You can also find companies hiring full- or part-time social media managers as employees. These positions often come with benefits. To find out which companies are looking for someone with your social media skill set, check out the job boards below.

Don’t forget to check social media for open positions as well. Many companies utilize LinkedIn, Twitter, or even Facebook to announce that they’re hiring. If you can land a social media job interview through social media, you’ve gone a long way toward proving your qualifications!

5. Sell Your Services

Are you a great writer? Do you sell handmade crafts? No matter what service or handmade or digital goods you offer, your audience is on social media. Connect with them and watch your sales increase.
Remember the importance of pictures and client testimonials when it comes to selling on social media. If you can get some video clips from satisfied buyers, that’s even better than just a written statement!
Many people use a Facebook Page instead of a website when getting started. They’re easy to create, and while you don’t own the space like you do a website, it’s a good way to build a quick social presence. Offer your followers some sort of freebie in exchange for their email address, and you’re building a list!
Share plenty of engaging content. Curate content your audience is interested in. And then pitch your own products or services occasionally.

6. Become a Social Selling Consultant

Direct sales looks a whole lot different these days than it used to. The name of the game is now social selling, which means you can have your direct sales business run entirely online — from your smartphone, even!
Many home party plans now offer consultants the opportunity to earn a living without ever holding an in-home show. Social media tools and virtual party technology like scheduling apps and graphics creation are widely available (as are the tutorials for figuring out how to use them). And almost every company today offers their reps a replicated website for selling and sharing online.
But, you can’t just fill your feed with dozens of ads or party invites and expect people to buy. People want more than that. Think creatively of how to share the benefits of your product with others instead of just always asking them to buy.
A few companies to consider:

7. Social Media Auditor

Some freelancers focus only on optimizing a business’ profile as opposed to ongoing management and maintenance. For example, Carrie Aulenbacher works with authors to ensure their social media profiles are providing the best first impression.
She has a variety of low-priced packages to choose from, to help authors establish a solid social media presence. As she evaluates your social pages, she provides feedback on:
  • Your unified profile names (your ‘brand')
  • Relevant cover pictures
  • Suggestions on a variety of content (photos, videos, posts)
  • Possible customized tabs and/or widgets
  • Overall feel of what you’re presenting”
As a social media auditor, you could provide a similar service in the niche of your choice. Think about who you would enjoy working with, and how you could help them improve their social media profiles.

8. Sell on Facebook Marketplace

Did you know that you can accept money directly from other people on Facebook? You don’t have to use a third-party service like PayPal or Google Pay unless you prefer to do so.
You'll find Facebook's method of sending and receiving money in Facebook Messenger, the chat window you can access from Facebook or via a mobile app on your smartphone. There is no fee for sending or receiving – it's free. Basically, your customer would be sending money from their debit card to your debit card (or PayPal account).
To set it up, you’ll have to add a debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal account to the Payments section under your Facebook Settings. Then you’ll be able to request money from other users in Messenger, or pay others as warranted.
Have more questions about payments on Facebook? Here’s the breakdown on everything you might want to know.
If you find you enjoy doing the yard sale thing on Facebook, you can do a brisk business in picking things up for resale. You can search through local yard sales, rummages sales, thrift stores, and similar places for valuable items you can flip for a profit online. You can also engage in retail arbitrage, finding items at retail outlets for incredibly low prices and selling them for a profit on Facebook. Leverage your timeline, Facebook groups, and Marketplace as above.

9. Get Paid to Pin

Have you grown a great following on Pinterest? As an influencer, you can sign up with a company like Loop88 and get paid to pin.
The company matches brands with active pinners in their niche. Then, the pinner creates content (while disclosing that it’s sponsored) and shares it to their account.
This connects the brand to your audience and hopefully new buyers. Your pin gets shared, and you get rewarded financially. General Tips for Making Money on Social Media
No matter which method you use to generate an income on social media, there are some general tips you should keep in mind.
  • Create platform-specific content. An engaging Facebook post looks different from a pin that might go viral. Make sure you’re utilizing best practices for each of the platforms. This increases your chances of getting shares. Remember that using high-quality images also helps.
  • Hang out where your audience is. You can’t be active on ALL the social platforms at once, especially when you first start. Instead, take time to do some research and learn where your people are – the ones who are likely to buy what you’re selling or react to what you share. Then go there and build your following.
  • Be genuine. Allow your personality to shine through your posts. Don’t come across as a spammer who is only looking for a quick buck. Your followers will be able to tell, so don’t give them a reason to block you or report you.
  • Follow the rules. Rules change, especially when working online. Take time to read the fine print and stay up to date on changes. And always provide disclosure so your audience knows how you are benefitting.
I hope this post inspires you to try making money from your time spent on social media platforms. There really are so many possible ways to put it to work for you. Which option looks most intriguing?

Manage the social media profiles of a celebrity who doesn’t have the time to run them..
Or any brands all you need to do is replying on comments and share the news and get paid.
How to get your first Client?
Start with finding one major client. If you look at it that way, instead of thinking, “I need enough clients to make a living,” it’s a lot easier to wrap your head around.
Just focus on getting one client and try everything: networking events, LinkedIn, friends of friends, etc. Sometimes the first client comes from the oddest of places!
